生豆の買付にあたっては、ニカラグアやグアテマラをはじめとする産地を毎年訪れ、

産地や背景に直接触れながら、その経験を一杯のカップに活かしています。

ocami coffee is a small-batch coffee roastery based in Kumamoto, Japan.

We focus on roasting coffee that fits naturally into everyday life,

bringing out the individual character of each coffee.

For green coffee sourcing, we visit origin countries such as Nicaragua and Guatemala every year,

drawing from firsthand experience of the origins and their backgrounds

and translating that knowledge into each cup.

From Kumamoto, a local place,

we continue to deliver coffee that blends naturally into daily life.
